according to yahoo...
HOUSTON (Reuters) - Houston Rockets All-Star center Yao Ming will miss the rest of the season with a stress fracture in his left foot, the team said on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old Yao will also miss the postseason with the injury.
He is averaging 22 points and 10.8 rebounds for the Rockets (36-20), who have won 12 straight games to move within 2.5 games of front-running San Antonio in the Southwest Division.

And now we can watch Houston's playoff hopes go down the drain. Always got to be one - this year it's Yao (guess that means TMac is next year!).
My question is do we rush to pick up Scola now as he seems to play noticeably better without Yao in the lineup?

I would pick him up if I had the roster space.

Well, one of my roto teams just flat-lined... Yes, get Scola; he won't block too many shots but he'll be servicable at C.

Hard to judge much by last night as the Rockets blew out Washington and PT was erratic. Scola only played 23 mins and Landry played a lot of center. Landry had a nice line but I can't see him doing that every night.
