In my main $ league Carlos Lee was traded straight up for Joba Chamberlain. This should help give some sense of what he is fetching in 1:1 trades anyhow.

If you only need pitching, you should be able to get a very good one for Lee straight up.

If you can turn Harang who is essentially a drop for you into Danks/Ellsbury that's not too shabby at all.

Agree with The Game. I don't like Lee for Victorino/whoever. I think you can get more for Lee as well. He's been on a tear and has had a great first half.

Lee doesn't get as much respect as he should. He's hands down one of the more consistently healthy OF in the game, and he produces.

I wouldn't make the Lee deal. I'd probably still hold onto Harang since his MRI came back ok, but if you want to drop him, then I'd roll the dice with Parra (or RJ if he looks good in his next start).

I'd hold onto Lee until you can get a better deal. I'd also hold onto Harang but if you get the itch to drop him I think Parra is a great pickup.

P.S. I almost lost myself without the boards for two days. Thank god that Rapidboards got their shit straightened out.
