Anyone else from the Tri-State area enjoying the return of winter today? The 5 degree temperatures and consistent snowfall out my window are not pleasant. Shoveling my driveway and spending 30 minutes trying to get my car to stay parked in the steepest driveway in America was not joy of mine either.
One more year of work in this hell and off to the South or West I go. Who chooses to life in this; seriously?

Even though I park on a flat street, I hear you, dude.
I got out of work tonight because the weather is so shitty here. Snow, freezing rain, rain, back to snow. Was late for work this morning because I had to spend several minutes scraping a quarter-inch of ice off my fokeing windshield. And it was almost 60 for a couple of days last week. I miss living in the southwest.
On the bright side, not much can be worse than the Valentine's Day "blizzard" we had last year, 22 inches in one day. Me and my brother spent four hours shoveling our spots on the street and I totally killed myself and was worthless for the next two days. NFF!

It's raining tonight in Alabama. The days have been consistently in the low 60s for the past couple of weeks & looks to stay that way (except for tomorrow when it will drop to 45); great frisbee weather - it has been nice. Y'all come down for a spell.

Same snow and COLD wind here in Windsor. People are freaking out 'cause it almost never gets this cold for this long.
Saving grace right now is our vacation to FLA in 3 weeks. Sun, baseball, bass fishing and...oh yeah...sun. Tigers, Braves and maybe the Astros. Wife can't get too excited since my sons (wink) want to go.

Strange weather in Indy tonight... It started snowing heavy at about 8 p.m. and maybe an inch had quickly accumulated. Then suddenly it started sleeting heavily, turning the roads into an inch of pure slush just in time for my drive home. Very stressful - I think I almost lost control about six times on I-69, all the shimmying... At times I was only going 35 and I felt like I was going too fast (and I'm the guy that's always traveling a safe but prudent 80 or 85 over your left shoulder)... If you guys ever encounter similar weather, simply holing up at the nearest gentlemen's club or sports bar for a while will improve the quality of your lives exponentially!!!
