In a vacuum, I'd rather have Victorino, but it's all about the categories at this point. If you think you'll gain more points then you'll lose, make the deal.

you're probably okay in steals with crawford and hanley and if you need a bump in power putting votto in for victorino should do the trick.

plus, hoffman will help you in saves...

I would say Hoffman as well. Shane is great, but he is not doing as well as he should be. Hoffman will give you much more.
