I think the old TMR Boards had a forum section for Urgent or Time Sensitive posts. Does anyone think that we should do the same? Or will that just confuse things?

Right now, I think all the forums are Urgent posts!

When we get rolling, we might need that kind of forum, but for now, let's keep things as streamlined as possible.
