In my home keeper league an owner has dropped off the face of the earth and did not draft or manage his team. He also happens to have not paid his league fees so we have cumulatively decided to relinquish him of his ownership rights and make an attempt to find a new owner. Our league fee is typically $150 + $10 league service charge but since any new owner would be taking on a team for a partial season we are willing to lower that fee to $75. Also, as an FYI, the team has been accumulating stats the entire time (other than the injured players still in the starting lineup) so it's not liek you'll be light years behind.
