I get the Fielder side, neither can be kept next year. Ankiel can be kept at $7 for two more years, and Butler for another year at $1, in win now mode.

Whenever I am in WIN NOW mode I evaulate trades like its a 1 year league (ie. I give minimal consideration to keeper status)

Even if I am up in the top third of all offensive categories? I need pitching more (wins which I won't chase, and Ks which I figure to get if and when Liriano comes back). Figuring by trading Holliday for Reyes in other deal to help get me up in steals, may have some power shortage. With a weak spot at catcher right now (Salty) and who knows how Pena will play, this should help.

Greinke at $7 is actually good value. I think I'd offer to throw in Salty but I'd want to hold onto Greinke. I think you're giving up enough already.

yeah had too. Didn't plan on keeping Salty, Greinke I would have thought about. But I got FAAB money back, so it works for me.
